In the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York is a small treasure behind inconspicuous black garage doors that even some long-time residents do not know exists. The Hideout, owned and managed by Asio Highsmith, is one of the first in a growing New York trend of speakeasies that brings its patrons the full experience of Prohibition Era venue.
